Our Refund policy 

Refund Policy

At Complete Care Pharmacy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’ve made the return and refund process as simple as possible.

 

Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

Refunds:​

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain health and personal care items, such as prescription medications, are not eligible for return or refund for safety reasons.
